At Gloria, we offer a custom service that caters to your unique needs and ideas. Our consultations take place in our showroom in Ponsonby, where you can see and try on samples while exploring an incredible range of fabric options.
We specialise in creating dream-come-true wedding ensembles, bridesmaids' outfits, special party pieces and providing seasonal wardrobe assistance. We also design stylish and practical business and corporate attire.
Our Custom order process is simple and refined. Each piece is priced upon application, depending on the project's scope and fabrication. Once your order is confirmed, a 50% deposit is required to initiate production. Turnaround times may vary, please allow a minimum of six - eight weeks for your order to be completed. Feel free to contact us with any queries you may have.
We can make minor alterations to our designs and customize our size range to fit you. Please note that certain styles, such as denim and fully fashioned knitting, cannot be produced as one-off pieces.
Our fabric selection for Custom orders is unique and carefully sourced in small batches from our trusted suppliers and mills. Naturally, slight variants may occur between different fabric production runs.
Once the deposit is paid, the Special Order process begins, and cancellation is not possible at that stage. In the event of a cancellation, Gloria reserves the right to retain the 50% deposit. Please note that all orders are accepted at the sole discretion of Gloria.
